
Job Role
In this role, you will be responsible for: - Planning and managing accommodation suppliers in the East & West Java area
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Negotiate the best contracting conditions with suppliers and contract renewals
a. Acquiring new portfolio
b. Negotiating campaigns and improving allotment availability
c. Monitoring the differentiated product reaches the maximum results.
d. Ensuring hotel content is up to date
e, Analyze and identify trends and opportunity
f. Conduct monthly reviews with accommodation suppliers
g. Review rates comparison
Requirements
Good leadership
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
Well organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer applications skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel).
Excellent general cultural knowledge
